Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of software and licenses from MiGiC Music AB (“MiGiC”, “we”, “us”), Org.nr 559035-2067, VAT SE559035206701, Sturkö, Sweden. By purchasing or using our software you agree to these Terms.

1. The license we grant

When you buy a MiGiC product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that software. Each license is issued for a single machine and is locked to the Hardware ID you provide at checkout. The license is perpetual (“lifetime”) and includes updates to that product, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.

You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer your license or license file;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to defeat the license protection, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• distribute the software or your license file to others.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Braintree, a PayPal service); we do not receive or store your full card details. Any promotional or early-access price applies only while the relevant offer is active and only to the product it is offered for.

3. Delivery

Our products are digital. On successful payment, your license file (a .lic file) is generated for your Hardware ID and delivered immediately: by email, on the confirmation screen, and from your account, from where you can re-download it at any time.

4. Refunds & right of withdrawal

Because our products are digital content delivered instantly and licensed to your specific machine, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the license has been delivered.

Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA with a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, you expressly request that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose that right of withdrawal once the download/delivery has begun. You confirm this at checkout.

None of this affects your mandatory statutory rights in the event the software is faulty or not as described — see section 5. If something isn't working, contact [email protected] and we'll help.

5. Warranty & “as is”

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every system or DAW configuration. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiGiC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, branding, audio, and content remain the property of MiGiC Music AB or its licensors. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase, identified by the “last updated” date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
